Reporting an error in a guide

Use the subject line "Correction request" and include:

• the link to the guide;
• what is wrong or out of date;
• if you have it, a link to the official notification or portal page that shows the correct information.

We check reports against the official source and, when a guide is wrong, correct it and date the change. Our editorial and corrections policy explains the process.

• Suggestions for schemes we should cover;
• Privacy requests, such as accessing or deleting your data (subject line "Privacy Request"; see the privacy policy);
• Advertising and general questions.

What we cannot help with

Schemewala is an independent information website, not a government office. We cannot process applications, accept documents, check your application status or release payments. For those, use the official portal or helpline named in the relevant guide.

Never share your full Aadhaar number, bank passwords or OTPs with anyone, including us.
